Thank you, David!

I find it very interesting that this digest had a post on obesity that

recommended eating less sweet foods and focusing on protein/vegetables.

This is also the typical candida diet. I fought that type of diet for

sooooo long- tried to be vegetarian, but got much worse. Since I've

avoided dairy and wheat, especially, my body is coming more into

balance. Never thought I could live without bread and cheese and ice

cream...The focus on fish/meats is keeping my blood sugar so stable I

don't crave sweet foods much anymore.

I would love to see a real Ayurvedic practitioner. Is there a list

somewhere of Ayurvedic practitioners on the United States?

(I'm in New England- Worcester, MA to be exact.) Is Vedic astrology

related to Ayurveda and can having your chart done help you find your

dosha?

Is candida a kapha imbalance? I know in chinese medicine it is called a

" cold, damp" condition, which seems to sound Kapha to me.

Thanks again!

Marcie : )
