Cumin water is one of the easiest and safest ways for strengthening the urinary

tract. Soak 1 tsp of cumin powder in a cup of hot water and leave overnight.

Stir and drink in the morning.

My mother suffers periodically from urinary infections whose only symptom is an

urge to urinate every few minutes. There is no pain. Tests including culture

report and sonogram have not shown anything too severe. Her kidneys are in good

shape and while there is an e-coli infection, it is not severe enough to even

merit being called urinary infection. Is there anything in ayurveda that can

help her find a lasting cure and relief. She is an elderly lady and her

condition is aggravating. I would be deeply grateful for a response.

Even I had a similar problem. My ayurvedic doctor said

it's a low grade infection, but allopathy doctor

looked at the results and said nothing wrong with

urine testes. Ayurvedic doc gave me RENTONE. It helped

me.
