Guest guest
My mother suffers periodically from urinary infections whose only symptom is an urge to urinate every few minutes. There is no pain. Tests including culture report and sonogram have not shown anything too severe. Her kidneys are in good shape and while there is an e-coli infection, it is not severe enough to even merit being called urinary infection. Is there anything in ayurveda that can help her find a lasting cure and relief. She is an elderly lady and her condition is aggravating. I would be deeply grateful for a response. You might also have her take purified Shilajitu as well, to strengthen the UT, as well as vitamins A, C and E. other helpful herbs include Bearberry, Pipsissewa, Buchu, Cranberrry looks for potential food intolerances as a cause of frequency and incontinence also, toileting and hygiene (i.e. wiping back to front can cause infection) Caldecott
