re: turmeric as a contraceptive in Ayurvedic medicine.

Hi Sharita

I know that Neem is undergoing investigation as a contraceptive, but I

haven't seen any research on Turmeric. I would expect that they are

looking at individual constituents in Turmeric that may have an

contraceptive activity, as opposed to the whole herb which is of course

is a food - given its popularity in India and the billion plus people
