Guest guest
Introducing myself, I am about 30 years male and got married just about a month ago. My primary concern pertains to my sex life. On the first night I performed three times giving a break of about 2 hours and in each performance I had ejaculated far too early. I did not take the matter seriously during the initial days of sex assuming myself to be getting over-excited over the long-awaited new discovered fun thereby leading to pre-mature ejaculation. In order to resolve the issue on a temporary basis, I begun using "Climax" desensitizer spray as a delayer. However the side effect of which is loss of erection and added to it the thought of resorting to such kind of external medicines brings me to give it a serious thought. Right now, during the foreplay I do have a hard-on but how-ever there is no lubrication or moistness as it normally is when I watch porn movies. I have to resort to gels for lubrication whereas my partner is fully moist. After the foreplay there is an urge to engage in intercourse. And after initiation of the performance, I realize that within about 10minutes - I have a severe urge to ejaculate and no matter how hard I try to control, I end up ejaculating. A few books and web-sites have suggestted to try emptying the bucket in order to over the problem of pre-mature ejaculation which upon trying have failed miserably as I do not have the same sex drive as the first one. In addition, there is a definite erection loss. Upon reaching the erection as well, within about 10 minutes of intercourse, I end up ejaculating again. I am not so keen over resolution to the problem by the means of allopathy drugs. I seek medical advice on ayurveda in order to resolve my problem. Your response would be highly appreciated. I need to mention that I smoke about 5-6 cigrettes a day which I presume should not affect my sexual life. Please clarify.

Mantak Chia has written usefull books on this subject. Regards Cristian
