Ayurved Online Message sinusis problem

Hello Shalini,

For sinusis problem there is a simple yoga.

The previous night boil some potable water with salt and allow it to cool.

The next morning warm up the water and using a suitable kettle like utensil,

pour the water in one nostril and allow it to pass thru the other nostril.

on the first occassion u will feel an irritating sensation in your nostrils,

however gradually u will get used to it.

This need to be repeated once a week until the sinus problem vanishes. And

thereafter once a month is sufficient. This has helped me a deal. I have not

taken any medication for the sinsus problem which I used to have.

Hi Sheeba,

 

Sheeba I received your mail, and I would like to first tellyou

regarding the cause of deases.

 

Sheeba the root cause of deases is the morbid matter deposited in

our body. Where ever it is accumulated it takes the new name of

that deases. In Naturopathy we remove the morbid matter or toxin

from that place and the deases itself goes away.

 

There are some Kriya's for cleansing the toxin so you have to do

that kriya's.

All,

I'm new to the list and am very much interested in

learning and knowing more about Ayurvedha. I joined

the group just yesterday.

BTW, I've sinus problem. I've a few questions on the following

reply by Bala on the same.

 

1. What is potable water.

2. Can this yoga be done by anyone ?

3. When we follow this yoga, can one take bath and wet one's head ?

4. Does wetting one's head during bath influenze sinus ?
