Guest guest
I have seen a Ayurvedic doctor belonging to the Arya Vaidya Sala and as a part of the treatment for lichen planus he prescribed an oil that I have to apply before having a bath. One of the things that he cautioned me against was the use of soap - I use green gram flour instead. While the oil does not smell bad as such it still has a "medicinal" smell to it. I feel very uncomfortable going to work smelling of medicine. Is there a reason why I can't use soap. The doctor is in India and I live in the US. Are there any soaps available in the US that I can use?? Thanks Naveena
