We have to maintain a good standard of our online group otherwise many of good people can leave the group or will block the messages. This should be a forum of mutual sharing of thoughts and ideas and conceptual brainstorming. we can discuss some very critical problems or very very challanging cases or reports of interesting cases, but not common problems. Many people do spend their time to see and read these messages, if we began to discuss any thing, then many would feel they are wasting there time.There should be some standard please.
