Guest guest
I have been a vegetarian for over 21 years(continually and off and on before that). I got a large flat polyp in my colon. The doctors remove that part of my colon, because they though that it was cancer. I am kind of depressed over the whole thing. Since I thought that I was living a proper lifestyle. Does any one have any suggestions on lifestyle so the colon thing doesn't repeat itself. Thanks,
Guest guest
jjedwardjj - I was walking 1-2 mile a day for 4-5 days a week. I did some karate and Chi Gung, and I was doing weight lifting. But, I had to drive a lot for my job. But, I never took in any harmful anythings into my body. I do have a lot of stress. If you have any more questions, let me know.
