PUPPP means - Pruritic Urticarial Papules and

Plaques of Pregnancy

I had this horrible rash in my 1st pregnancy. I was the worst case my

clinic had ever seen. After steroid treatment and cream, it did go

away after delivery.

I want to try to prevent it during my 2nd pregnancy and I've done a

lot of research and have found (the cause) and that Dandelion Root

and Milk Thistle (natural supplements to detoxify the liver) and

Omega 3 Fish Oils are supplements that other women have taken to

avolid the rash or if they actually have it, it clears it up.

Are these OK to take during pregnancy? I just want to be sure before

I start taking them.

Thank you.

Sandra

I self diagnosed myself with the same via immense online research in between my OB appointments and found the recommendation for Dandelion Root....desperate having tried Pure topical Vitamin E oil etc. I began using the D.R. capsules with cocoa butter topically and shocked my doctors when they saw the results (with their knowledge of just how bad PUPPS can be). I showed them before pictures and in person a week later my belly in testimony to how effective my self therapy was. They actually asked me what I did and took notes for future patients. I hope this helps anyone in the future afflicted with the PUPPS.
