Incredibly Dry Feet

Over the past few years my feet have become progressively dryer to

the point that it is now becoming painful. The condition exists

predominantly on the outer edges of the heels (although the entire

heels themselves are quite dry), the balls of the feet and the inner

edge of each big toe. It's at the point where the skin is like

leather and is beginning to crack. In some instances, the cracks

are so deep that they bleed. I do use a pumice stone to get rid of

the excess dry skin and try to remember to apply cream every night,

but the condition only improves slightly. I don't have this problem

anywhere else. The only other skin condition is that I occasionally

get "hives" (raised, red areas) on my trunk/neck and sometimes face

for no apparent reason, although it seems to happen predominantly

when I'm sweating.

Any recommendations?

Following is suggested for three months:

1) Kanchnar Guggulam 3 Tabs. three times a day

2) Kaichor Guggulam 3 Tabs. three times a day

3) Trifla Guggulam 3 Tabs. three times a day

All guggulam tabs to be chewed a little before

swallowing with either luke warm water or diluted luke

warm milk.

In addition, apply warm mixture of 1) Jatyadi Tailam

and 2) Aswagandhadi Tailam in equal proportion to your

feet. Do not allow feet to get wet while taking bath

and when oil is applied.

The hives will dissolve gradually due to Medicine No.

1).

Please note that Guggulam Tab No. 2 is pronounced as

Kaishor Guggulam. All of them will be available

on-line through websites of many Indian Pharmacies.

Regards,

Dr. Bhate
