Guest guest
Hi Janajk To begin with there are very few people on the face of this planet who can diagnose a disease through pulse. They might get some insight into their birth constitution. But most, so called pulse masters, are fooling people. If your Pitta is to high you will have diarrhea, indigestion, skin rashes, or maybe just a temper! If your Agni is low perhaps you will feel nauseated; were your food just sits there after you've eaten. Maybe some constipation. The way to increase Agni without increasing Pitta is with carminative herbs! Carminative herbs increase peristalsis without increasing Pitta. Herbs like Cardamom, Coriander, and fennel. It's best to cook with them but if you're into popping pills, Banyan Botanicals has a great formula called "Digestive ease" You can order them on the internet. ... Good luck my friend.. Noel..
