hello all,

Iam interested in doing vastra dhauti (Cloth purification ).Can

anyone suggest where I can get the required muslin cloth online ?

kapha had been troubling me for a long time .I tried jalaneti and

kunjal-kriya and find them very effective . Now I want to try this

too .

I have a suggestion but it is not strictly Ayurved.

Along with Jalneti, would you like to consider taking

R43 and R76- these are Homeopathy medicines and very

effective but have to be taken over a prolonged period

of time. The cure is almost 100%.
