Using cocoanut oil for Jalaneti.

1) You add a few drops of cocoa-nut oil to the water.Mix it well, do not do the

Neti with pure cocoanut oil. You may instil a few drops of pure cocoanut oil in

each of your nostrils directly, with your head on a pillow, and let it trickle

down. That's fine.

 

2) Do not overdo anything. Slow and steady and regularly is the answer.

Remember, if one is good, it does not mean one per hour is better, the enemy of

good ------is better !!!!
