What is Yogic Massage?

It is the art of making body and mind in perfect equilibrium or perfect

Psycho somatic balance.

What do you mean by Psycho Somatic balance?

When all the faculties of the body and mind works in perfect resonance it is

called Psycho somatic balance.

Does this not mean absence of sickness?

Yes this means absence of sickness to the body and mind. Apart from

absence of sickness the most positive point to be noted is that all-round

health to the person.

Do you mean absence of sickness is not health?

Truly, absence of sickness is not health. In fact health radiates. There

is a great gap between health and sickness. A person may not be sick but

his health may have gone down considerably.

What are the essential of Yogic massage?

It works in two parts:-

1. On the physical level

2. On the psychological level.

On the physical level it re-establishes the correct flow of nerve currents

from the brain through the central nervous system to other major and minor

parts of the body. In other words this removes the blockages in the

muscular and circulatory systems of the body, revitalizes the

muscles, nerves, inner organs like heart, lungs, intestines internal hormones

secreting cells, brain, circulatory and other vascular systems. In fact the

whole body is cleared of all the wastes accumulated over years of unbalanced

living and the body gets a new lease of fresh life energy. This energy

radiates and the person feel younger by a minimum of ten years. This

difference in energy can be felt by the person immediately.

The second part of the Yogic Massage is truly psychological. This involves,

transfer of Prana or bio-energy (Electro Magnetic Energy) in to the body of

the patient. Usually, we get Prana at the time of birth and when the Prana

is dissipated life ends just as we see it in a kerosene lamp. Kerosene is

Prana and when it is finished then the light of the lamp goes off.

What does this transfer of Prana mean in real life?

This helps the person to retain his health for a long time. There is

perfect rhythm in mind and body. One feels always young, energetic, happy

and ready to deal with any life situation. This retards the process of

ageing, accidents, life's failure's, breakdowns in body mechanisms beyond

a persons control, problem due to contamination of life energy by other evil

persons or entities etc. are immediately neutralised.

How do you sum up the effects of Yogic Massage in a nutshell ?

1. Removes sicknesses like nerve, circulatory, vascular and muscular

blockages.

2. Rheumatism, heart ailments, Urinary, digestive and other diseases are

corrected.

3. Brings in health, vigour and vitality.

4. Re-establishes psychosomatic balance.

5. Increases the power of defensive mechanism of the body several times.

6. Slow down ageing process.

7. Correct accidents, life's failure's, brings in good health, prosperity.

8. Newly added Prana removes the old depleted and polluted Prana from the

body, thus correcting all failure tendencies accumulated. This is supposed

to contribute greatly to the success in life.

What about the time taken for the massage?

The massage is done for 03 days and is approximately 01 hour in duration.

Special herbal medicines are used for the massage depending on the

state/type/sickness of the body. After this 03 days rest period is

compulsory. This can be done 01 day massage followed by one day rest or

with a gap of 02 months for 03 consecutives times. Herbal medicines are

also given to supplement body resources. This is not compulsory. Facilities

for accomodiation can be provided for outstation people.

Is it necessary that we do the Yogic Massage every year?

Absolutely not. The result of a massage remains in the body for 03 to 05

years, if not destroyed by un-balanced living. There is no harm in doing

massage every year or once in 03 years. But they are not compulsory.
