Guest guest
Dear Don Baldwin, Thank you for joining the group and writing in your experience. As many members have replied yoga is something that requires on hand training. However if that is not possible I would suggest the use of videos or CD's. There are many of these available on the net. Though not the best this most certainly is the next best option. Please follow the following links to get info on some of the available material:- http://www.donsyoga.co.uk/Books_CDs___Videos/books_cds___videos.html http://www.wailana.com/yoga.htm http://www.keylink.com.au/shraddha/ http://www.yogabasics.com/yogastore/contents.html http://www.newyorkyoga.com/store/ Please understand that I have had no personal experience of the above mentioned sites. The CD's available here in India are unfortunately not available online. Hence you will have to make an informed choice. Wishing you the best in your endevour. Cybervaidya.
