Guest guest
Hello, I'm glad to hear there are several people using Neti. I've been doing stage one Jala Neti with saline water - 1/4 tsp sea salt to 2 cups water. I find it helps, however my nasal passages are constantly very dry. I'm wondering if the salt water is drying, I've had dry nasal passages prior to starting the Neti as well. It could be because of my allergies. Right now the ragweed is quite bad, and in the winter it's because of dry air. Is there another solution I might try? I'm not sure I'm ready to try urine yet. I am interested in learning more about that, but would appreciate at least one other option. Thank you, Elyse
