Guest guest
Hello, I recently began reading Perfect Health by Chopra. This has lead me to also find this online group in hopes of additional help. According to the questionare in the book my primary dosha is Pitta, closely followed by Kapha. The descriptions of these dosha's seem to fit.I expect that I have a kapha imbalance, as I am overweight, 6' tall, 300 lbs;I have dermatitus on my arms; and have had an ongoing summer cold, that while not a major bother, still provides an occasional cough accompanied by phlegmn. Any suggestions that you could provide regarding how to help balance this imbalance would be appreciated. Thankyou, Dwight
