Guest guest
The cause of loss of sense of smell can vary from nothing to something very serious. One should look for tumors at the base of skull, from where the 2 olfactory nerves come. If a cat scan rules it out and it is due to sinus trouble, ashwagandha oil drops or sesame oil drops in the nose several times a day for several days, might help. XAVACS <xavacs wrote: Hello friends! I am trying to find out if there is a remedy in ayurveda/natural medicine for the condition known as anosmia (loss of sense of smell). I believe in ayurveda this ailment is known as Ghrananasa. I have a dear friend whose mother has acquired this condition and I would like to help her. They live in Cuba, and some medicines are hard to get there. But I plan to visit them soon so maybe I can bring her something. Any suggestions?
