THE HEALING METHODS. AND THEY JUST SEEMS "RIGHT ON"

THANK YOU THOMAS OF KANSAS.<br>WELL I THINK WE

COULD USE YOUR EXPERTISE IN THE FIELD OF HERBALS AS FAR

AS QUERIES ON HERBALS ARE CONCERNED. AS FOR THE

AYURVEDIC PART I WILL GIVE IN MY INPUTS.<br>ANOTHER THING

IS IF YOU ARE SITUATED OUTSIDE INDIA AND HAVE ACCESS

TO BROADBAND INTERNET COULD YOU PLEASE PERFORM THE

TASK OF INVITING NEW MEMBERS.<br>I AM SITUATED IN

INDIA AND THE INTERNET CONNECTION IS NOT ALWAYS

RELIABLE.<br>HENCE IT TAKES SOME TIME FOR ME TO RESPOND.<br>I HAVE

OBSERVED THAT A PROMPT REPLY NOTING THAT YOUR QUERY HAS

BEEN OBSERVED HELPS A LOT IN RETAINING MEMBERS FOR

CLUBS SUCH AS THIS.<br>AS FOR YOU WISH TO ESTABLISH A

NATURAL HEALING CENTER I THINK THERE WILL SOON BE MANY

MEMBERS WHO MIGHT HELP YOU OUT WITH THAT.<br>DO YOU HAVE

Dear Cybervaidya,<br>Hari Om! This is my first

reply to your questions.I am really sorry for the

delay. As you know I learned about this club from my

friend whos a member too. I myself being total fitness

freak I have lots of intrest in the subjects you have

mentioned. I don't have any suggestions for you as yet but

you can look forward for them if I feel such need.

And yes last but not the least I can offer some

advice on the queries asked by the members of the

club.<br>Rest is fine and I should tell you that you are doing

a good job in connecting the new and old

"Ayurvedacharyas" and "Ayurved Vachaspaties"<br>here in the cyber

world.<br>Prasad.

Greetings Cybervaidya:<br><br><1) How did you

learn of this club?><br>Just by looking up Ayurveda

sites at <br><br><2) What is your interest in,

i.e ayurveda, yoga, herbals, fitness etc><br><br>I

have practiced a Western Ayurveda called "Spagyrics"

and Alchemy for several years, and several months ago

I began Dr. Chauhan's Ayurveda course through Jiva

Ayurveda Institute (I'm now working on level 2). I'm very

impressed with Jiva's courses by the way.<br><br><3) Are

you a qualified professional who would like to offer

advice on the queries asked in the club><br><br>While

I'm not a professional, my University minor is

biology, and I have accomplished many of the intricate

operations of Western spagyrics--so from time to time I may

have some practical techniques to offer. However, most

likely, I'll be asking plenty of questions.<br><br>Best

I'm also very interested in Sanscrit and Jyotish,

but unfortunatly can't study these subjects

extensively at this time. So, I try to pick up a little here

and there, until I can dedicate more time to these

disciplines.

Dear frater_mercurius<br>Welcome to the

club.<br>I am sure most of us on the club would like to know

what spagyrics is all about especially since you call

it as the ayurveda of the west.<br>Regarding your

interest in Sanskrit and Jyotish I think you can refer to

message no 59 where a member of the club has given a link

to one such site.<br>Regarding your query on

ayurvedic dietetics, can you mention which all books you

have browsed through, so that I can help you decide,

as there are a number of books on ayurvedic

dieteics, not all of which might be reliable.<br>You can

also refer to message no 49 where a member has given

links to some good ayurveda sites. Maybe you will get

some information there. As far as I know there are no

recipe web site as such yet.<br>We would most certainly

like your active participation in the club activities

both as an adviser and as an

enquirer.<br><br>Cybervaidya.

information <br> about these fields. <br><br>2. I am not a

physician or an ayurvedic Doctor. <br> I am a yoga teacher

and an instructor of <br> meditation from the

what a person wants or what he/she needs to <br> know.

If I can help in a certain context, <br> then I will

1) I was invited to join by email, but since the

link did not work I joined directly.<br>2) I am

interested in Ayurveda, herbs and other alternative healing

methods.<br>3) By profession I am a Heilpraktiker and I had an

Ayurvedic course in Kerala. I have opened an Ayurvedic

treatment center in Germany and I do have a colleague from

India who has made his BAMS degree and comes from a

family where Ayurveda is practiced already since 3

generations. So if there is any question I may ask him.<br>4)

May be it would be good, if we all contribute to a

clubs webpage with case studies etc and we can have a

link from our personal web pages to it and opposite

too ??
