debated in medical circles is the after effects of popular antacid drugs. We

have already seen the fate of pain killers, diabetes related drugs, cholestrol

relating statin drugs and anti depressants. Another issue which is gripping

the world is whether vaccines are adding to our disease base. Interestingly it

is the technical people associated with the vaccine making process that have

made dangerous revelations on this issue. The second line is taken up by Royal

Nurses and other support staff. The third line of offence is the parents of

children who are affected by vaccines but whose cases are not being registered

by the medical community for obvious reasons. Thus we see a new face of

disease appearing, "iatrogenic diseases", diseases caused by drugs, surgical

procedures and vaccines. No "pathy" in the world has any answer to this disease

as it is not a natural disease. All the above factors is the reason why deaths

due to medicine are increasing at an alarming pace all over the world. As the

general immunity breaks down with every new generation the death figures will

only increase. There is a limit to which the human body can tolerate

interference, beyond that it is bound to fail. Only a person who has suffered

intensely can understand how much pain a failing body can inflict on the

unfortunate sufferer. Faced with this phenomenon it is very necessary that

proven methods like ayurveda, yoga and homeopathy should be given the attention

they deserve. These methods do not have a short term approach and tackle disease

at a level which allopathy can never reach. Genetic engineering is being opposed

by doctors and scientists themselves. Even a mistake of 0.001% in this area

could wreak tremendous havoc. The mistakes would increase with every generation

as the body reacts and the consequences cannot even be imagined. Ayurveda and

homeopathy are not unscientific as the allopaths want us to believe. Scientific

techniques are yet to evolve fully to understand how these work. Though

homeopathy is laughed at by the scientific community they know very well that

the discovery of brownian motion in water molecules and the theories of nano

medicine will one day prove how this science works. The current outburst

against these methods is the knee jerk reaction as the medical community

realises that the day is not far off when their methods will be rejected in

large numbers. As I have pointed out, 97% of the health budget goes to the

allopaths. The rest 3% is shared by ayurveda, yoga, naturopathy, siddha, unani

and homeopathy. This 3% too does not go to them directly but through

beaurocrats. This is the position not only in India but all over the world.

While allopathy is proven harmful, the medical community continues to question

the safety methods of other methods. The double standard

can be well understood when homeopathic remedies are debunked as "placebos" and

yet its practitioners are accused of harming their patients. Everywhere the

bogey of "science" is being raised. What kind of "science" is that which harms

people? In another group a doctor wanted me to be patient. He assured the group

that within another 50 to 60 years modern medicine would have all the answers.

Who is willing to wait so long? If 300 years of research and government

patronage has led to the current scenario then is it not foolhardy to assume

that another 50 years will be pathbreaking? Let us not be bogged down by

economic considerations or the employment scenario. Let us have viable

alternatives in place so that patients can exercise a choice. Economics and

employment will matter only if people survive. We are also devoting so much

time, space, money and energy to eradicate corruption. Let

me tell you unless the human body and psyche is allowed to regenerate and

recuperate corruption can never be checked. In fact I came to these forums only

to point this out. I think I have created enough of an interest. It is only in

these forums that I have received letters of appreciation from the general

public also. Ordinarily only the doctors, nurses, pathologists and alternate

healers encourage me. These unfortunate people are under various medical

councils which turn a blind eye to the ground situation and therefore they are

wary of speaking out openly. I would also request all of you to kindly go

through reputed ayurvedic texts and homeopathic literature to find out for

yourself whether they are scientific or not. Kindly also associate with genuine

alternative physicians to know their views. Please also remember that since 1940

voices have been raised against the prevalent mode of treatment from within the

medical community itself. In 1940 a

bill was introduced in India suggesting that herbs should be the mainstay of

medicines in India and that chemicals and the allopathic process be limited

only to emergencies. This demand is repeated even today by doctors who, through

their experience, are very concerned at what is happening. Once you are inside

the industry the window dressing can no longer affect you. Around the world

the mainstream media is slowly getting involved in the change. Newspapers such

as "New York Times", "Washington Post", "The Daily Telegraph" are now carrying

articles expressing views and asking questions that were once asked privately

and in internet circles. Senior journalists and editors are writing opinions

which are making the medical community squirm. They do not like the prospect of

having to face educated patients. Thus let us not adopt an ostrich like

attitude and hide our heads within the sands of "science". It is in the

interests of all to have an open mind and bring up uncomfortable facts for

questioning. After all is that not what scientific temper is?

Rajat Sharma did an excellent story as a journalist (Repeat at 11.30PM

tonight), which is not properly represented by Jagannath. He brought out a

bottle of “Vitalizer” containing ovaries of otter. Ramdev did not deny the

charge. He also didn’t deny that he “Exhibited” few cases of patients cured by

his medicine and each Yoga session and outside there were stalls selling

“Medicines Made At His Pharmacy”. >

moong bean and malaria vanished. Once I
