Guest guest
When you hear his comments, you should answer them effectively. If you happen to suffer a setback in a certain situation, you don?t have to listen to the accusations by your conscience. Instead, each case must be positively evaluated. Suppose you slip while climbing the stairs and fall. You can react in three different ways: one - feel sorry for having fallen, two - accuse yourself for your carelessness, three - comfort yourself with the thought that something worse could have happened. The third is the positive assessment. That will help you avoid a fall next time you climb the steps. When something goes wrong, evaluate the situation, use two columns on a sheet of paper. Write down your emotional reactions in one (may be your hands trembled or your voice faltered). In the other column, note down the logical moves you should have made in that situation. When there is a similar problem again, make up your mind that you will follow the logical course. In ant anxiety, follow this plan and see how it boosts your self-confidence.Do You ?
