The number of patients coming as outpatients in the hospital will reduce substantially through the services rendered by the mobile clinic. The research potential of the hospital will also increase," he added. The President urged doctors, researchers and students at the Ayurveda Hospital to carry out collaborative research with other renowned Ayurvedic and allopathic hospitals. He said this effort would help in increasing the diagnosis and treatment database. Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said the Government would give special emphasis to development of Ayurveda system of medicine in the Kerala Vision document for the next 10 years.
