Ayurveda Seminar on 23rd July in Hartford and Personal Ayurvedic

Wellness consultations with Dr.Shekhar, a practitioner of Ayurveda,

on the weekend of 23rd July and 24th July.

Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences of India and have been

practiced for over 5,000 years. Integrating the principles of both

systems into one's life

provides optimum health.

Participants will receive information about understanding the

philosophy of Ayurveda and how to incorporate healthy daily and

seasonal routine for optimum health. Seminar Fee : $20 per person.
