Guest guest
Hi, I'm not training in ayurvedic medicine, but I have read serveral books and attended workshops by Dr Deepak Chopra. His book "Perfect Health", page 202 says lunch from noon to 1 pm and dinner from 6 to 7 pm; bedtime at least 3 hours after dinner. I hope that helps. Staying in touch, Jack Nelson
