Dear Martha Excepting well known manufacturers of ayurvedic drugs such as Baidyanath, Dabur, Himalaya, very few are marketing their medicines in U.S. under their own name. Most exporters of ayurvedic drugs are exporting herbs and tablets perhaps under the brandname under which the "online" website wants to sell. Unjha Pharmacy has no replies to their overseas oputlets querry. It is difficult to get supplies from them even in India, just few hundred kilo meters away from their plant. Reg. Mercury compound, the fear is unfounded. Mercury found in the fish is different in form than the one used in ayurvedic medicines. Today many medicines used by this author, as well as those by Dr Vidhyasagar are derived from Mercury and sulphur. He is an expert on these medicines, making some of them himself. Some info on these medicines is given in Message No. 1389, together with names of various medicines available in links provided therein. The importance of these medicines has also been brought out in todays post "Ojas build up and winter blues", wherein uses of four such medicines (Makardhwaj, Suvarna Malini Vasant, Mahalaxmivilas Ras, Swas Kas Chintamani) are described at length. The results that they produce are amazing. That makes us believe ayurveda is founded on thousands of years of collected experience. Since suggested medicine may not be available in U.S.A., a few simple home remedies are given here, which can be tried. Give less water to him after afternoon. Give 1 pill of Agnitundiwati or Navjivan Ras thrice a day or 20 ml Of "Lodhrasav" twice a day. These can be obtained online through allayurveda.com feed him with sesame seeds or give jaggery to suck before bedtime. Dr Bhate
Guest guest
Dear Dr. Bhate; Your generous sharing of so much knowledge (ref other posts as well) is greatly appreciated. FYI, my mention of the mercury was not to doubt the ayurvedic preparations - I have myself experienced a gold- mercury preparation (name excapes me) with yes amazing subtlety and power it had to reset the mistake of the subtle intellect linked to my ojas production pathways as root of health imbalances - this I am sure is the best way to describe it. My comment was in reference to recognizing the unfortanate regulations against it in the west. Thank you for your useful notes and I will pass them on to this mother. Guest guest
It is a psychological problem. Don't beat him or terrorise him Give him more love at home. So that he will get his confidence. Boys do have this problem under strict parents. Even upto 10 years this can happen. --- Someone <gkolanchery wrote: > > > My 5 year old son still have the habit of bed > wetting almost every night. > Kindly suggest any remedies for helping him to stop > this habit. > > George J > > > > > > >
