My teeth are not stained but they kind of light yellow & recently have noticing it getting worst, this is in the past 2-3 years. Please suggest any home therapy as well as anyother that's useful. I don't want to actually buy off the counter whitening products and mess up my gums. Generally my teeth & gums are pretty strong. Thanks for your inputs. Kumar.
