Dear All,

I have been advised recently that the vegetable Brinjal / Aubergine should be

avoided as it prevents brain cells from forming. Apparently, this information

was released recently by, I believe a University in South India. Could anybody

confirm this?

Namaste,

Dear Graem,

Brinjal is the only one vegetable which is little bit poisons. This is not a

recent information.

But brinjal is used in lot of Ayurvedic preparations. Same time doctor's will

restrict the over consumption of Brinjal. Because it will damage the

Hypothelamus of the Brain if consumed in larger quantities.
