I would recommend maybe doing some Yoga..Kundalini Yoga.. is the Mother of

all Yoga's.. does much more than just slim you down..

TUMMY AFTER DELIVERY

sirI am 27 yrs. gave birth to second child 2 months b4. My stomach still not

reduced. Could any one advise me how to reduce stomach. And I have back pain

too. pls advise.

I wonder on that advice.

hata yoga may be useful with proper food control.

anyway i think some kundalini experts must show light on this.
