Hi Deana ... I like Banyan Botanicals. You can find them online. The point

of taking herbs in their natural form versa a pill is to taste them. This

sends a signal to the brain for proper digestion. Go to Google and type in

"Ayurveda for your baby and you" and you will have plenty to look at. Bless

You ... Noel...

I have recently become aware of the healing herbals and the

definition of ayurveda shortly after the birht of my baby. Hence I

was looking for healthy ways to recovery physicaly and emotional. My

journey brought me to an herb called Shatavari... I bought some and

have taken it for a month. It is a very cooling herb and helps in

the recovery of birth.

I am looking to learn more. I printed out a list of ayurvedic

medicanes and there uses.

My trouble comes to not being able find shatavari but from one source

and its from Herbal vedic. That is the only place the local store

orders from. Is this a trusted company or is there a way to be

taking the herb in other then pill form?

thx in advance for any guidance.

Hugs

Deana
