12 yr old son has profuse bloody nose two days in a row

My 12 yr old son had a cherry red, profuse, bloody nose Sunday and

today Monday. It happened yesterday about 3pm and about same time

today. He also is tempermental sometimes, like Friday, when he got

off the bus. He goes to school at 6:45am and get home at 3pm. He is

thin and is getting liver spots on his arms, which he questioned

yesterday. He needs to gain weight, but I am thin and so is his

papa. He also wets the bed. Any suggestions what herbs and foods to

give him, or anything else.
