Experiment with amounts to suit your taste. Grind them in a spice grinder (a coffee grinder will work, just limit its use to spices) and add about 1 tsp herbs to 1 cup hot water. Let this steep for 5-15 minutes and drink before or between meals. This is a usually a stimulating, spicy tea.
