The Medicine available out side india. It is herbal .. GINSENG RED. Korean medicine. little Costly item. Also give him nuts items, like cashew, almond pistache etc. Feed hsi vegitable items, especially green leaves. Did you test his blood, make sure he is not diebetic and hyper lipidomic.
