Guest guest
In childhood and in adulthood non-veg food helps growth, strength, vitality, but after middle age same food causes obesity, cholesterol, arteriosclerosis, heart problems. So aged people can avoid non-veg stuff to improve their health conditions. It also depends on the quantity you use. With out a specific cause one need not change food habits either, veg or non-veg. Food habits are associated with, culture, religion, and even nations. One should not encourage others to change food habits without specific health reasons. People with strong religious faith always say their religion is the only one best. Spritualism has no relationship with food habits. A well trained spritual masters mind is so strong and it won't be ossilated by food. Thanking you Thomas
