Sai Inspires - 21st April 2006

You may today feel you have no need for the Lord, but the day will come when

that will change. It is like when the pangs of hunger gnaw at you, you pine for

food. Prepare, therefore, by washing your hearts with tears of joy so that the

Lord might install Himself therein. A zamindar (landowner) may own all the

fields up to the horizon on all sides, but he will deign only to sit on a patch

that is clean! In the same way, when the Lord chooses the heart of a devotee, He

will select a clean one. It doesn't mean all the other hearts are not His, its

just that they are not clean, that is all.
