Guest guest
the evening. If the wife has perfect understanding, she will tell her husband, "O boy! You are late, ' I am sorry. You must be very tired. I don't know whether you have even had your tea or lunch." She will great him at the gate and keep hot water ready for his bath. She could adjust to her husband even though he was late. So her adjustment to this late coming husband is one of the perfect understanding. Suppose there is no understanding, and suppose there is misunderstanding. If the husband comes late by half an hour she will demand a detailed explanation, "Why you are late; where have you been? Same husband and same wife, but different is terms of understanding and adjustment! In the absence of understanding there is no adjustment. What is this understanding, which is necessary in every walk of life? Once we have understanding in business? You should know the raw material clearly. You should know the manufacturing process. You should know the procedure of the final packing of the products. You should know advertising , marketing and distribution. This is the understanding expected of a businessman, so that he can maintain perfect adjustment with laborers and the directors. If a businessman has no understanding of the material, he is manufacturing, the nature of work of the laborers, no knowledge of brokers or distributors, no knowledge of the advertisers, no idea of marketing he will suffer losses. Understanding is necessary between a teacher and student. The teacher must understand what is to be taught., he must know the level of the student, the purpose of teaching, and everything required for an examination. Understanding the psychology of the student is necessary in the field of education. A student should have perfect understanding of why he is there, what he wants, and how to study to pass and what to do next. This is understanding in the Field of education.
