I need advise....Dear brothers and sisters (Surety)

if anythg goes wrong, my life would be at stake. he needs the loan for my

younger brother's studies. moreover ,i am a professional and i was told by a

friend that i am not allowed to stand as a surety for anyone.but i reality i

personally have seen many professional acting as guarantors for friends and

3. Since they are taking a Mortgage Loan, in case of any default in repayments,

there is the security of the underlying property and you are liable only for

the short fall, if any. [ Please check this with your banker/lawyer].
