I do positive visualization for people close to me that need my help. These affirmations work everytime without fail. However, I have noticed that after I do these positive affirmations that it drains me of energy. I was wondering if it is possible to do still do my positive affirmations for the people I love, but do it in a way that does not drain my energy completely. I can tell you from my experience it is necessary for people who need hepl, to ask. Silmply they should say openly and clearly " I need your help". That statement is the key for their opening to energy flow to them, their lives. Otherwise, if they say "you know/knew I need(ed) hepl and you did not do anything is just an excuse for not taking the responsibility for their lives. Second, it is also important to say, if they do not directly ask for help, and you have strong feling you have to hepl them ( I suppose on energetic level) it is wise to ask Baba for helping them. Simply because we do not know what is the best thing for them. Something may seem to us quite appropriate for them but that may not be good for them. Sometimes difficuties are needed to bring us to higher level and it is not good if we take that chance away from them. We are not here to decide that. That is His job. You are not connected to Higher Consciences ( or what ever name you use for Baba) while doing visualizations and that is why you are so tired after. So, connect yourself to Baba, ask Him to guide you to hepl the one you love.Offer yourself as an instrument to Him. He is the doer, not we. We can only ´report ourselves to duty ´. Suggest that after healing procedure do a "cut", by moving your both hands in opposite directions and say "cut" X 3! This way you cut the flow of energy from you to the patient. It works every time. I got this idea from a healer. End of session pray to Swami to Bless the patient and thank Him for the opportunity accorded to you for the service, and say the session has come to end. Energy flows with thuoght. May Swami give you more success. Could you, while I am at it, heal my wife, Sarla, who suffers from Colitis of the Colon as I can see you are better than the healer I know. Every time. You should make your body very clean with sage and sweetgrass, breathing in the smoke will cleanse most anything. We have wonderful guides who best way of serving is to watch over our people, call the angels or totems, whatever you call them that is their greatest gift of serving.
