Guest guest
subjected to this? Again, I can't answer that. But maybe you were there at your father's passing for a reason. It is quite different to see someone die in front of you than from seeing someone still alive right before they die outside of your presence. I'm sorry that I cannot adequately answer your question, or back up my experiences, or your experience with scripture. I thought this might help. With much love and divine blessings, Rebecca. Guest guest
Sai Ram dear Aparna, It is in my experience that Swami takes everything awayfrom us so that we will cling to Him, sothe He ecomes our only refuge. Only when we are centred in Him can we become liberated of all other attachments. Guest guest
help guide him to the next stage in life. One must remember that death, like life, is an illusion. One never truly dies. Your father is not dead, he has simply moved on. You will be with him again. Two years ago, one of my best friends died in a car crash. I had known him for several years, but we were not in constant contact. The day before he died he came to my house, after a long time of us not speaking. We spent several hours together talking. The next day I found out he had died. I was one of the last people to see him alive. Again a few months ago my dog died. I had had this dog for nine years, and she was a beautiful and loving dog named Goldy. She was a golden retriever. She became sick and died. The night she died, I went down to the fridge to get a drink. I visited her, kissed her, and went back to sleep. She was too weak to climb the stairs so she slept downstairs. I was the last person to see her before she died. Now why does someone have to be subjected to this? Again, I can't answer that. But maybe you were there at your father's passing for a reason. It is quite different to see someone die in front of you than from seeing someone still alive right before they die outside of your presence. Guest guest
existed in the presence of your physical father. You shall see new courage and transformation in your mind and surroundings. My child, this world is full of sorrows and miseries and tragedies. The realisation of any misfortune is related with the receptivity of the mind. The feeling of sadness resides within the mind. You can remove that feeling of sadness from the mind with the recitation of His Name and then you will find ananda gradually setting in. Take solace from tragedies occuring to thousands others in the world everyday : Young husband dies leaving young widow and children...Young son dies being the only bread winner of handicapped parents and unmarried sisters...A score of men of the village are murdered leaving their women as widows with no means of livelihood etc.etc. Bhagwan Baba protects His devotees without doubt. Bhagwan Baba does provide Ananda to every devotee without doubt. But, His Grace, Protection and Ananda principally revolve around our spiritual upliftment. Be sure, He as our Supreme Father is All Love and Compassionate knowing our past, present and future. He can never let the sincere prayers from the heart of any child go unnoticed !! With the passage of time, your wounded feelings of the loss of father will heal up. But, life is a continuous struggle and worries and tragedies are normal with everybody. Practise your mind concentrate on the Name and Form of Bhagwan Baba placing all worries and problems of life on His Lotus Feet. You will find peace setting in your mind as you succeed identifying yourself with Bhagwan Baba as the Supreme Father of your heart and soul, Be with Him like a child, talk to Him like his daughter and see for yourself the thrill of His Divine Fatherly Love and Protection. With Best Wishes and Blessings as an elderly person like your father. SAI RAM. Guest guest
daughters I can closely understand how much a daughter loves her father and how deeply she is attached to her parents even after marriage. The grief of a daughter witnessing her father breathing last is beyond words to truly describe. But my child, when a disaster takes place in our worldly life and we feel shattered, we have no option except to bravely face it with courage and absolute confidence in His Plan. Have unflinching faith He is Protecting you every moment of your life. I know of a family of four grown up daughters and one teenaged son whose father died in almost similar circumstances in Delhi about 30 years ago. They were very new in Swami's Fold but all daughters were protected by His Divine Hands so well that having completed their education, all daughters are well settled and the son is a reputed doctor. Swami's Grace as Deenabandhu and Anaathanatha rains over such devotees very specially and in abundance. See your father in Bhagwan Baba and divert your feelings of attachment to Him. You shall discover thrilling vibrations of Divine Father within you. You shall find a distinctly positive charging within yourself. You shall be regaining your confidence that existed in the presence of your physical father. You shall see new courage and transformation in your mind and surroundings.
