MESSAGE FROM H2H, RADIO SAI E-JOURNAL TEAM, PRASANTHI NILAYAM BEING FORWARDED....

SWAMI BLESS US ALL

+ + + + +

Dear Reader,

Loving Sairam from the Heart2Heart Team.

What is true joy? Swami explains to us today.

Sai Inspires - 13th February 2006

True joy comes from equanimity of mind – the equalmindedness which remains the

same in victory or defeat, joy or sorrow. This joy refers to a steady feeling

of love and satisfaction. Accept whatever happens, whatever comes your way, as

the gift of God to be enjoyed with great satisfaction, regarding it as a gift of

love given for your own good. That heart which treats all people and all things

with equalmindedness may be described as having true joy.

- Divine Discourse on Bhagavad Gita, 1984.

Happiness is union with God - Baba.

With Love and Regards,

"Heart2Heart"
