respects to the father and mother of this body." Then we came to realize that

none of us had gone to the "Samadhi, to clean the place of Samadhi. This is a

lesson for us. We have not only to respect our parents but the organization

should look after this place.Because a few in our group did not look to this

matter, the whole world suffered. All the devotees who had come from all parts

of the world suffered because of heavy rains. The lesson here is that if one

state or one country or one centre misbehaves in principle then the whole

country or the organization will suffer. That is why we have always been saying

that if you make a mistake we all suffer.It is not

that only particular state or country or centre that suffers, but the whole

organization. This has happened several times in the past. These are the

things by which we are convinced that He is God, then miracles have no place in

our life. Once Swami asked me, "Why are you people so surprised when I do some

manifestations? When you know that God can do anything, why should you be

surprised by a miracle or manifestation?. It is that thing that you have to

work on. We should not be surprised by anything that Bhagavan does. It is

beyond our understanding, because He is God and our faith should remain

steadfast in the knowledge that He is God. We went

to Africa by Bhagavan's grace and there He was giving interview by various

people. Swami called a maidservant with her sister for an interview. We all

said, "Swami they will not come." He asked "Why"? we said that they don't know

any language except the local African language. He said, "It does not matter".

As soon as the interview was over, both the sisters came out running saying

that Swami knows their languages. Then there is another miracle. I am giving

all the miracles of what Swami has been doing to humanity. Silence is an

important discipline now. I don't know to what degree it has gone down or up

since this incident happened. A communist had come here and I had got the

communist to see

and meet Baba. He was very surprised at the level of silence here without any

police. At that time there was lot of quarrels going on throughtout India. He

said, "How can you control the crowds without any police? How can this crowd

remain in silence like this?" When I said that Baba is God and He can control

everyone, he started thinking that there was some truth in this, that someone is

indeed controlling everybody's minds simultaneously, and that is why there is

silence amongst thousands of people. We experience silence, but we are not

seeing it from the angle of strengthening our faith through such miracles. This

is how Swami works. If He cannot do that then there is nothing surprising in His

controlling the whole world. Indeed He says that He is controlling the world.

We have to bring home such miracles and apply our understanding to various

things about which we are in doubt and thus remove our doubts we have ourselves
