Guest guest
Cheerfulness comes from a sense of well being and contentment. It is ahigh quality, but it does not always stay with us. Thoughts of envy, worry, anger and hatred enter the mind, and cheerfulness vanishes. Tomaintain a "smiling face" we need to focus our attention only onthe good qualities around us. When we see bad qualities we retain thedefects of others and it poisons our intellect. When we see goodqualities then our thoughts will be pure, our action elevated bringingwith them a sense of contentment and joy free from a poisonousatmosphere.
