News: Prasanthi Nilayam 12th Nov. 2005( Read: Sai Darshan news from yesterday

11th Nov.) Dear Sai devotees we anticipate most of you are absorbed in Akhanda

Bhajans today and for many of you this may follow tomorrow also. From SBOI group

we wish you all a blissful session of Akhanda Bhajans. Here in Puttaparthi

Akhanda Bhajans was ceremonially commenced by Swami today 12th Nov. 2005 Dear

devotees, Sai Ram! According to SBOI group source this auspicious morning

Swami came out for Darshans at 8.30 am after the normal car darshan. Swami

returned to his abode at 9.40 am. In the evening Swami came out of his abode

at 3.00 pm for darshan. At about 4 pm Swami drove out from Kulwant hall to Hill

view stadium, Swami is visiting Hill view stadium the venue of 80th divine

birthday celebration almost daily and sometimes twice in a day. Swami was back

in about 40 minutes and straight away drove to his residence instead of Kulwant

hall. Swami was returned back to his residence at appx 5.pm. At appx. 5.55

Swami came out again out of his abode and was driven to mandir, Bhajan hall.

Swami lighted the

lamp and Akhanda bhajans started thereafter .After listening to some of the

bhajans, Swami returned to his abode at 6.30 pm. “Today we are having

non-stop twenty-four-hour global devotional singing the (akhanda bhajan) by Sai

devotees all over the world. This is being done not for the sake of one

individual, one nation, or one community. It is for the welfare of humanity as

a whole. The bhajans that are sung permeate the ether in the form of sound

waves and fill the entire atmosphere. Thereby, the whole environment gets

purified. Breathing in this purified atmosphere, our hearts get purified.

Reciting the Lord's name is a process of give and take. Singing the Lord's name

should

become an exercise in mutual sharing of joy and holiness. It should be

remembered that the sounds we produce reverberate in the atmosphere. They

remain permanently in the ether as waves and outlast the individual uttering
