Prashanthi Bulletin August 23rd, 2005 This morning, Bhagawan sat onstage after

His darshan round from 7.40 to 8.15 am. Later, in the Bhajan Hall He again

interacted with some of the MBA alumni who were still here, and created a ring

for one of them. After He retired to His abode, there was some unusual activity

going on there - and at 11.30 am, Swami left in the Mercedes accompanied by Mr.

Chakravarthy, Secretary of the Central Trust. The Porte car followed the

Mercedes, driven by Bro. Satyajith. Bhagawan took the road to Bangalore, but

returned to Prashanthi Nilayam around 12.45. In the afternoon also, Bhagawan

sat onstage after darshan for around half an hour from 4 pm. August 22nd, 2005

This morning, Swami came for darshan around 7.20 am, and called some of the MBA

alumni for an interview. These were the participants of the panel discussion

yesterday. Around 8 o'clock, the interview was over, and the alumni had hopes

that Swami would speak to all of them. But Bhagawan chose to go for a drive in

His car. The car drove out of the Gopuram gate, and immediately returned! Then

the alumni were asked to go inside the Bhajan Hall and they rushed in - filling

up the Bhajan Hall in seconds! Instead of speaking to them from a distance,

Bhagawan very lovingly went around in His chair up to the very end of the Hall,

speaking to most of the alumni individually, calling by name students who had

passed out years and years ago! Many an eye was filled with tears at the Lord's

bountiful grace. Most of the morning Bhajans were also sung by the alumni, till

Bhagawan returned to His abode after Arati at 9.20 am. In the evening, Bhagawan

gave an interview to some devotees from Thailand. Evening Bhajans began at 4.50

pm, and once again, some of the alumni got a chance to lead the Bhajans. August

20th and 21st, 2005 The alumni of the School of Business Management of the Sri

Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning have gathered for a meet, titled

'Reconnect', for the 20th anniversary celebrations of the founding of the

School. On 20th morning, nearly 500 of the alumni were present, and were

sitting in the front part of Sai Kulwant Hall where the students usually sit.

After darshan, the alumni were asked to go into the Bhajan Hall, and Bhagawan

entered from the interview room. From 8.30 to 9 o'clock, Bhagawan spent time

with them, going along the Bhajan Hall centre aisle like yesterday, making two

rounds this time. In the afternoon, the official programme of the 'Reconnect'

meet began. A detailed report of the meet is given at the official website of

Prashanthi Nilayam. August 19th, 2005 This evening, Swami went into the Bhajan

Hall at around 4.10 pm. Around 4.30, He went in His chair down the aisle in the

Bhajan Hall, right up to the very end. Then He went back to the front of the

Bhajan Hall via the upper portico, thus granting close darshan to a large

number of people.
