If we want Ananda (bliss), we must work along the spiritual path, so

that the illusion of diversity is removed. When the mind is yoked to

the Self, the Rajas (qualities associated with passion) and Thamas

(qualities associated with inertia) are rendered ineffective and

purified. Contact with the Self makes the ego merge into the Self. A

harmonized mind sees the Self everywhere.
