With the Divine Grace of our Lord Sri Sathya Sai Baba I hope that this e-mail

finds you in good health and spirits. First of all congratulations on this

achievement and sincere thanks for your sustained effort, enthusiasm and

dedication.

 

Just a quick question, though.

Why being #1 is important? Knowing this can only induce pride (a close relative

of ego and an enemy of humility). Would there be a better metric to measure the

"effect" of larger size instead of the size for the sake of it?

I hope you treat these questions for what they are, driven by curiosity on what

and how to measure things when it deals with matter related to spirit. They are

not intended to be criticism.

Forgive me kindly if I have said things I should. I am just trying to learn.

What would Swami say on this subject!
