Guest guest
GURU CULT OF SAIBABA The Guru cult of Baba was unique and extraordinary. It was different from the traditional manners of teaching and educating disciples. Baba's guru fed Him with the food of Gnyana, Karma, Bhakti and Yoga through the portals of faith, loyalty and perseverance. His guru gifted Him with all the merits of his lifelong penance through his look of grace. He encased Baba's all Karmas in a brick and indemnified Him from effects of Karma and prarabdha. This divine love was freely distributed by Baba to his Bhaktas who remembered him incessantly, sang His name and His glory and meditated on His form. Baba used to say in clear and unequivocal terms to sadhaka bhaktas: - 'You practise mantra tantra; japa, tapa; yoga, yaga, Gnyana, Dhyana or do not follow any such practice. Ultimately you have to come to Me for the fulfillment of your Sadhana. You can reach the Mukti by dint of firm faith, and absolute surrender to Me. This faith and dedication is the mother of grace. Baba used to add further:- "Bhakti will lead you to Bhavavastha, Dhyana will elevate you to Sahajavastha, Unattached dutiful karma will raise you to Naishkamya stage. Yoga will gear you upto casual body. But you cannot progress any further without My grace. All your efforts will be insufficient without the help of automatic gears of Guru's grace or God's mercy. The automatic support of grace will put you on the higher level of unmani, beyond turiya stage. The divine area lies beyond casual body. Here chidakasha lifts you upto Mahadakasha or supra casual level. You will enter the Nirvikalpa only with the motor force of my personal love and grace. The nada, bindu, kala and the ultimate illumination is not apart from My supreme self". The Ritambhara genius roused by the touch of Baba's grace has unfolded His precious upadehsa to me in rhythmic poetry. Drinking the honey of Baba's auspicious vedas and unbound mahima my heart is intoxicated with celestial joy and bliss. Call this 'Divine love' or 'Nityavadhana' (constant awareness of Atman). It gives me depth of Devotion, equal vision of Dnyana, Dedication of Karma, and merger of prana and mona which is Yoga. I see with the eye of Sanjaya and hear the dialogue of Baba and his choicest devotee. Partake of the feast of knowledge served in the following paras.
