Guest guest
So if you are angry consider how you are feeling. If possible, is a discussion with the target of your anger worthwhile? Try to see another point of view no matter how unreasonable it might be. What can you do to resolve what is making you angry? Don't be afraid to ask for advice or help. Sometimes if it is just a simple annoyance such as another's bad habit, how would a little resignation work? When we think of anger--hatred automatically follows it..Hatred is a prolonged anger towards a fellow human. It probably doesn't cause the other person any harm, but it has a way of making us feel sick and depressed. Hatred is not helpful in any way. "Hatred is self-punishment."Life is short, why waste it in punishing ourselves and others for petty things. No one knows if we will live for another day , a week , a month or several years - we have this minute to forgive and forget and move on to a much happier and peaceful life and breathe the fresh air and enjoy the beauty of nature and the love and care of people who are most dear to us and also not so very dear to us...May the Merciful Sri Sai Baba always shower His grace on us and our families and remove our problems and anxieties by giving us all - strength , goodluck, success and happiness with peace of mind.Sai bhakt,Deepa Hdebu7366 Search presents - Jib Jab's 'Second Term'
