Guest guest Posted January 20, 2005 Report Share Posted January 20, 2005 Panchasheel Sai Satcharitra Exam is a exam based on Shri Sai Satcharitra by Shri Hemadpant. It will be held on 13th Feb 2005. General guidelines to be observed for the exam - there will be 4 questions and 3 hours to answer them. Responses in essay type. Questions will be from Chapter 1 - 10 for Prathama Exam , Chapters 11 to 20 for Dwitiya Exam and so on. It is 100 marks paper; 35 is the pass grade, 75 and above is distinction. Responses can be in Marati, Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu or any language the candidate feels they can express best. It is not a open book exam. While in India this exam is conducted in a typical exam atmosphere - namely with hall ticket, seating, supervisors etc., In the USA it is held on a honor system. In USA examinees are expected to open the e-mail containing questions just before the time they have chosen for the exam on the exam date - SUNDAY - FEB 13, 2005. THERE IS NO COST FOR THIS EXAM - IT IS FREE. These questions are only to give idea to new candidates - questions may not be repeated in this exam. Explain how you experienced Doctor Sai in the first 10 chapters. Why did Shri.Baba address Govind Rao Dabholkar as Hemadpant ? What were the feelings evoked in Shri.Hemadpants mind on seeing the grinding scene. Why did Shri.Baba accept the pedas (Sweets) sent though a mourner ? Write Short Note on Black smith's story Explain the essence of Mrs.Tharkhad's story Write Short Note on Ramanavami Write the story of Deepavali and explain its essence Write incidents of Shri Sai Baba's and devotees - their obeying his orders. What is the significance of obeying baba's orders. Narrate the incidents related to the statement - Be where ever you like, do what ever you choose, remember this well, that all what you do is known to me ." Write Short Note on Rohilla Explain - Ram & Rahim are one and there is not a slightest difference between the two. Explain - Be it anywhere, Seven seas apart, I will always be there besides you. Write Short Note on Hemadpant (Sai Charitrakar) "Baba is non other than Pandharinath" - Justify this with the help of Gawlibuva's story ? How did baba transform a barren land into Nandanvan(garden) ? Explain what you understand and learn from the service offered to baba by Bhagoji Shinde ? Narrate the stories wherein baba had given specific orders, out of which some bhaktas obeyed them and some did not. Explain the significance behind these stories? Sadguru Sainath rested on a narrow plank, the width of a span. Discuss. In the first chapter of the "Mangalacharan", although Hemadpant asks for the blessings of various different divine forms, it is his love, his bhakti for Sainath that he communicates to us. Elaborate. Baba rejected ideas like, observing a mourning period or even not performing the pooja for a certain period in spite of a happy event like the birth of child in the family . Narrate a story relating to the above and also express your thoughts. Discuss in details, the measures that Baba took in order to get rid of the Cholera epidemic in Shirdi.
