Guest guest
The grateful and highly devout Sayee Bhaktha Sri T. L. S. Mani lyer visits Shirdi often and has constant Sayee Pooja at home and the Sayee that he always remembers is always protecting him. In December 1944, he started from his house at Kumbakonam. It was very dark. There was neither Municipal lighting nor any light in the skies. He carried two bags full of coins in his waist— one with fifty rupees nickel change, the other with fifty rupees silver change. When far away from his house the bags got suddenly loose and all the coins dropped away on the road. Where each went he could not see on account of the darkness. It was not safe for him to leave the coins there to go and fetch some light. so he waited for a few minutes and Lo ! there was bright twilight, as though it were 6 A.M. He could see each coin distinctly and gather up the whole lot. Taking up the coins he walked on to the coffee hotel of which he is the proprietor. The twilight dis-appeared as soon as he had picked up the coins and it was again dark as it was before.
